What inspired you to launch your own website?

I wanted my own business and could not afford to open a store.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This is my first website.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I wanted to sell a variety of tack so I used the name variety.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Hopefully the selection of items offered and low prices.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

I hope to run this business as the sole source of my income someday.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

So far the investment outweighs the success.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would be able to advertise more so I could have more customers.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes,I believe that I would.I would like that very much.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

site preparation fees, maintenance fee, credit card processing fees, even if you have no sales.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Getting traffic to my site.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

I have only been online for about a month now,but I will run it as long as I can pay all of my expenses for it.

What is your website address?

Variety Tack
