Oklahoma law bans practice of equine dentistry without license

A new Oklahoma law banning the practice of equine dentistry without a veterinarian license had a number of these equine dentists caught, prompting a couple of citizens outraged.
In defense, state representative Brian Renegar said that they pushed the law for the welfare of the animals involved. He said that a state agency asked him to author the bill because they were tired of equine dentists only getting misdemeanor fines.
