Dr. Joseph LiPira had worked as a physician over in the Towson area, and had done so for almost fifty years or so. He recently died of congestive heart failure over at the Gilchrest Hospice in Towson, at the age of 85.
Born and raised in Baltimore was Dr. LiPira, to a father who had emigrated from Italy. To support his family, his father had worked as a barber, and his mother had worked as a homemaker.
With his outstanding achievements and accomplishments, it is easy to say, that he would indeed be missed.
