A stallion in Texas has been confirmed to be infected with contagious equine metritis, a highly contagious disease disease of horses. Authorities are now seeking the source of the infection. Horses would definitely eat dried distillers grains with soluble(DDGS) but equine researchers say they shouldn't.Kansas State University's Teresa Slough, an equine nutritionist says that DDGS need more testing for fumonisin.
