Guam, horses of Guam: Island ponies grazingLack of certified farrier on the Pacific island of Guam creates the need for all horse owners to learn the basics of trimming of hooves, prevention of and treatment of injuries for the care and maintenance of horses on Guam.

The next hurdle is maintaining a steady feed supply of fresh alfalfa cubes or bales, grains, and feed. Wormers, Medicines need to be kept in good supply as well. There are so many challenges as horse owners but as you all know you do it for the love of the animal and the lifestyle.

Hello, I have racing horses in México City and I am feeding them (among other things)with fresh alfalfa. I want to start selling fresh alfalfa too, to the other horses owners, so I am doing a research about why is so important and all the advantages of feedig the with fresh alfalfa also, can you help me with these? or refer me where can I find more information about advantages of fresh alfalfa?

Thank you very much.

Humberto (feel free to contact me directly. humberto@skynet.com.mx)
