Your name?

Catherine

Your Location (city, etc)

Edmonton

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Information on Massage Therapy and Training on Horses by a Certified Equine Massage Therapist and a 40 Years of Training knowledge. Helping Owners learn how to do their own basic training and helping horses perform better since they are tremendous athletes

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I launched my own website in order to inform potential clients of my services and then ask questions if what I offer is of interest

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

My first website was launched approximately 10 years ago and it was referring to my horse breeding and training program at my ranch

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I bounced a lot of names around and one day the one I chose just popped into my head

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

I believe that my website is easy to read, informative without a lot of babble. More direct and to the point

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

I plan on keeping my website for as long as I have my business. How ever long that may be

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I think that the investment and money balances well against my success. It is a fair trade off

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I wouldn't. I have to be aware of who my targeted clients are. What I have satisfies their inquiries.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

N/A

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

None. I knew what I was getting into so there were no surprises

What has been your biggest challenge?

In reference to my website? If so, then my biggest challenge is keeping it simple and informative

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Flyers, Kijiji, Search Engines

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

N/A

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

This website is only a couple of months old and it will remain as long as I have my business

Do you think colours and backgrounds for a website can make a difference?

Yes, I think that a lot of websites have too much going on in the background and takes away from what they are promoting. Just as some colours cause the clarity of they type to be frustrating to read

What is your website address?
