Bastrop pushes on with $1.3 million in equine facility funds

Police Jury President Terry Matthews announced that the $1.3 million in state-guaranteed funds for the proposed Equine Facility has been moved to Priority 1 funding. This was done by the Division of Administration Facility Planning and Control.
This means that the fund will allow the project to undergo a bidding process.
