American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (APSCA) granted $10,000 to the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries (GFAS) as support for its Equine Sanctuary Inspection Program.
GFAS helps animals get better sanctuaris by putting up an accreditation system that will ensure that these animals are taken well care of, and are given sanctuaries that are run in an ethical and law-abiding manner.
